Project Update: Fountain View Village

Fountain View Village consists of 90 Independent Living Units, 69 Assisted Living Units, 23 Memory Care Units, and 53 Skilled Nursing Units. Allied Partners is proud to be working on a campus wide renovation with Belmontez Construction, PFB Architects, Spectrum Engineers, and many others.  

With upgrades planned throughout the property focusing on the main lobby area, bistro, central atrium, pub, movie theatre, salon, and AL and IL dining rooms. Further, all corridors will be seeing updated finishes throughout all buildings. Elsewhere in the facility we are planning for a general landscape refresh and FF&E upgrades throughout.  We can't wait to see the finished project!
