After successfully navigating the development stages, The Virginian continues to make substantial strides and the project is coming along great!  We couldn't be more excited to partner with Elements Hospitality, Moseley Architects, Meyer Design, Carle Consulting, and many others to rejuvenate this property to a state-of-the-art facility and deliver it to the community of Fairfax, Virginia. 

With a convenient location just minutes from the shopping and dining of Old Town Fairfax, the nationally recognized INOVA Fairfax Hospital, and the George Mason University campus,
the transformation so far is remarkable!

Unlike funding connected to the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, which prioritizes project labor agreements and employing union labor on public projects, the money that flowed to state, local and tribal governments through the ARP had few strings attached to how recipients could spend it.
